I heard so much good about Roger’s for years that I began my shopping there. Roger advised me excellent, of course! I am absolutely satisfied with my piano and the price I paid. Delivery was prompt, courteous, and excellent. Erik the technician was also excellent.

The beautiful looks and tone of the piano make me happy, and I’ll be even happier when I can play well enough for company!

I have spent my entire life window shopping for pianos.  As a child I grew up with two stand up pianos in my home and when I moved out on my own to create my own home I always wondered what I would have to do in order to have a piano of my own in my house.

In fact, I’ve been in to the Steinert store (Steinway dealership) in Boston and Steinway Hall in Manhattan so many times that several members of staff know me by name.  The appeal of high, high end pianos is nice but its not the right fit for me; I’m not performing at Carnegie Hall anytime soon and my wife would kill me if instead of a second home I dropped our down payment and life savings in to a brand new 9 foot Bosendorfer.

That’s why I needed more of pragmatic selection and Roger has it.  When I do plan on dropping 6 digits on 88 keys, I will go right back to Roger’s inventory; he provided amazing quality, very ,very personalized customer service, and his selection of pianos from standups to full grands was very impressive.  Included in the price were shipping, tuning, and taxes so our bottom line price was exactly that – no surprises, no tricks.

Simply put I got a great piano at a great price.  One very important transaction done very much right.

I shopped at Allegro Pianos in Stamford, Ct., Falsetti Music, Craig’s List, and Steinert’s (Steinway Dealership) in Boston before coming to Roger’s Piano.

The piano I purchased there is wonderful. I am very happy with the piano. It holds tune remarkably well. The Tuner thinks it is amazing!! It has a lovely tone and is very sensitive.

I have now bought my SECOND piano from Roger last year. I went back to Roger because my first experience was great. The selection is extensive and Roger thinks outside of the box when it comes to the brands he carries. Everybody wants a Yamaha or a Steinway but here are so many great and more affordable competitors out there to consider.

When I bought an entry level baby grand in 2005 he promised me that when I wanted to upgrade it to the piano of my dreams that he would let me trade it in for price I had paid for it. He held true to his promise and now I have a 6’1 Perzina in my home. The voicing and tuning services are also excellent. As a I now have the pleasure of referring customers to Roger’s. You can’t find better value and service!

I shopped in Syracuse, Dayton, OH, Washington, Washington, D.C, and Boston.  I went to the Steinway dealership right on the Boston Commons. I played all the Steinways. I thought they were trash and nowhere near the quality of the Schimmel Belle Epoque. I did find a magnificent rebuilt Steinway at an astronomical price. I played a few pieces and was BOOTED OUT OF THE   store despite being empty of customers.   They wanted me to buy the piano after having played it for 20 minutes. I walked out.

At Roger’s, I played nearly every piano in the store for the entire afternoon. I was in heaven. Roger never objected.  I consider this piano to be the best thing I ever bought in my life. I have talked to many piano dealers. None has compared to Roger for knowledge of the instrument. Roger rebuilds pianos AND is an accomplished pianist. His knowledge of pianos is masterful, and I was the beneficiary of that knowledge.
