Roger’s Piano is Here for You!
To all of our customers and fellow piano lovers:
We agree! 2020 has been more than challenging. In the absence of sporting events, concerts, school, and other gatherings, we are very excited to see that more people are starting to pay attention to music at home. In the past few months, we have seen a number of first time piano players. We have also seen a number of adults having renewed interest in playing the piano.
At Roger’s Piano, we are dedicated to helping you and your family find the joy of making music on the most wonderful of all instruments, the piano. We are here to help you select the most appropriate piano for your needs.
We take complete precautions in our showrooms to keep you safe, including wearing masks and sanitize hands before trying any of the pianos. With that, we open our showroom MOSTLY by appointment. Should you decide to stop in without an appointment, our priority would be to customers who have already made an appointment and respectfully ask that you wait until we can serve you. If no one is in the showroom, we would be happy to help you immediately following the safety procedures.
Here are the different ways to shop for a piano at Roger’s Piano:
- Request a private appointment. We will respect your need to shop without other shoppers during your in-person shopping experience. We have found this to be fully embraced by our customers. This private interaction allows us to listen more closely to your needs and it allows you to truly hear the pianos without other distractions.
- Set up an appointment to “introduce” via FaceTime or Skype (or similar) the pianos we have in our two showrooms. This method still allows you to see and hear the piano. We will answer as many questions as needed to help you make an informed decision.
- Over the past 40 years of experience in the piano industry, we have helped many customers select pianos without them ever setting foot in our store. We are known as the “piano
matchmakers”! Speak to us by phone (508-545-0766) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). To make sure we match you up with the right piano, we ask that you be as open about your requirements as possible.
We greatly value your support and look forward to being at your service.
