Thanks again for the beautiful Steinway 1904 Artcase piano you provided for us. It is a beauty to behold and wonderful to listen to.
When we realized our needs couldn't be met locally, we started searching the Internet. As you can imagine, I was nervous about buying a Steinway sight unseen. We stumbled across your home page and were impressed by both your inventory and the letters of recommendation from satisfied customers.
From our first contact, you impressed us with your knowledge and desire to please. Every step along the way, from sending us pictures to arranging financing to shipping and final set-up was handled thoroughly and professionally. The multiple e-mail "chats" assuaged my fears and answered my every question. In this day and age, an experience like this is rare. It went so smoothly we're tempted to buy another!
The piano looks stunning in the entry piano niche. It sounds beautiful, just as you said it would. We are enjoying it daily.

Little did I know when I entered your showroom on March 1, 1998 that I would find the piano I had been looking for. After playing more than 50 grand pianos over the previous 2 months, I thought I probably would buy a new Steinway Model B piano. However, after playing your rebuilt Model B Steinway piano for about 10 minutes I realized that this was the one I wanted. Not only was the quality of the sound spectacular but the experience of playing a piano initially made in 1884 and beautifully rebuilt added to my enjoyment.
Now that I have had the piano in my home for almost a month, my enjoyment of the piano has grown much more. I really love the sound. I believe I have purchased a piano more enjoyable that a new Model B Steinway for about $15,000 less.

It has been four weeks since I took delivery of my Grand piano. In just these few weeks I have gotten to know this instrument well. I have played hours on this instrument and hereby declare my purchase a huge success.
When I first spoke to you on the phone, you assured me that it would be worth my while to travel over six hundred miles round trip to purchase a piano from you. As you know I had already made two trips to New York City looking for my "dream" piano. The tone on my piano is beautiful and the piano sings and sustains better than many seven foot pianos that I have played. My piano technician is very excited about the instrument.

I just wanted to send you a note regarding the steinway L with the player system that we recently purchased from you. We have had it for over three months and enjoy it more everyday. The player system has performed flawlessly and we now can appreciate that well known "Steinway sound" that otherwise might have gone unnoticed because of our novice piano playing. I can't tell you enough how much I and all of my family love the piano we purchased from you! I sometimes still can't believe it's actually in my living room! I also still can't believe that I was able to purchase a Louis XV model! When I first began to look at Baby Grands, my eye went right to the Louis XV model - only I knew that we would not be able to purchase it at today's prices!! I couldn't believe it when I walked into your showroom and you showed it to me!
I cannot say enough about the beauty of the piano - it truly is a vintage piece - it's elegant, warm, graceful and truly adds a beautifully cozy feeling to our living room. I have to be honest, I really like the older piano much more than the newer made pieces. You can't even begin to compare the quality of yesterday's pieces compared to today's pieces! The beauty of the workmanship is unbelievable. The sound of the piano is so beautiful - very mellow, clear and truly rich & full!
I also can't say enough things about the excellent, honest service we received from you! This was a big purchase for us and we truly trusted you right from the start - we knew we'd be getting a quality piano all the way through! You were very patient and upfront with us and we had full confidence in your judgement and expertise.
We also love the Pianomation System that you installed for us - it's so relaxing to listen to live, beautiful piano music! We really do love it!
